What is Jelqing Techniques?
Jelqing (also called "milking") is a penis enlargement exercise technique that increases blood pressure in the penis to enlarge it. This technique is the natural way because it uses hand exercise to increase blood pressure and muscle without drugs and have no side effects. But this method may require time and effort rather.
How does Jelqing work?
These exercises work by rebuilding and expanding the spongy tissue in the penis to increase the maximum erect size of penis. This exercise makes blood flow better and increase blood pressure in the penis.
What are Jelqing steps?
These exercises are 2 major steps: warm up steps and jelqing steps.
Warm up steps:
This step is extremely important to prevent an injury while exercising. You need to warm up before exercises. This step may take approximately 3 - 5 minutes
Instructions:
Soak a clean and soft cloth in warm water with temperature not too hot.
Wrap the cloth around your penis about 3 - 5 minutes.
Remove the cloth and then use other soft, dry and clean cloth to dry off your penis.Jelqing steps:
You need to do this step slowly and carefully. This step may take approximately 10 - 20 minutes.
Instructions:
Make lubricating hand by using massage oil, therapy lotion or something like these (you must not use soap) and then make a sign "OK" by that hand.
Wrap your "OK" hand around the underside of the penis shaft as close your scrotum as possible and then pull down until you reach the glans (head).
Repeat step 2 again by using other hand. For each stroke, you should make it about 3 seconds.For best result, you should do the above steps at least 200-300 strokes per day until your penis larger.
